It's already that time of year, again! The leaves are changing colors and there's a slight chill in the air. Fall is here and so is the Phillips West Fall Festival and Annual Meeting! Join us on October 26th from 12pm-3pm at 2400 Park Avenue for free food, family fun, face painting, music, and arts & crafts with the Walker Arts Center along with tons of community resources!
